As we learn more about the tragedies of AIDS, and the sex trade in general we have to ask ourselves what can we do to help stop it? Obviously the most overt reason would be to promote safe sex, and the use of condoms. As Canadian citizens I do believe we receive these positive messages about safe sex, but is that enough? I propose we have a stronger sex education in high schools, as it is important to teach teenagers the importance of safe sex. Yes we do have sex education is Canada currently but its very basic, and often so out-dated that it is never taken seriously. Besides promoting safe sex, there are many charities and foundations, that you can donate to that will use that money in research funds to try and find a medical solution to AIDS.
